Provide quality-imaging studies using radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed by the physicians on all-patient types, ages and medical conditions using established standards and procedures. Reviews studies for quality. Performs QC testing as required by Adirondack Medical Center Radioactive Material License.
High School Diploma or equivalent, graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine; or graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology with experience and appropriate on the job training in Nuclear Medicine.
Certification Nuclear Medicine Board of Technology (CNMBT) or eligible; American Registry Radiologic Technology Nuclear Medicine (ARRT) (NM) or eligible; or American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with appropriate on the job training. BLS certification within the first three months of hire.
