Position Summary

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the cafeteria and kitchen, including the Scheduling, monthly reports, and morning meetings.

Qualifications

  1. A.A.S. in Culinary Arts Restaurant Management, or graduate of a culinary institute Or comparable years of experience in the Culinary Field.  
  2. Knowledge of food preparation and service. 
  3. Ability to understand basic record keeping and knowledge of the PC.
