Operate a system for up-to-date, prompt filing/storage of inpatient and outpatient records and reports; prompt answering of requests for records from outside sources; ongoing system for scanning of records; ongoing system to locate, log, deliver, retrieve, and file medical records as required; maintain accurate computerized master patient index.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Clerical or secretarial experience preferred.
- Organizing and filing aptitude.
- Medical terminology helpful, computer experience preferred.
