    • Position Summary

    A pharmacy intern may, as determined by the New York State commissioner of health's regulations, practice as a pharmacist under the immediate personal supervision of a licensed pharmacist.  This role includes dispensing of medication and pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with the standard policies of the department.

    Qualifications

    Registered Pharmacy Intern currently licensed in New York State.  Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy is a necessity.
